EXPRESS – While the EXPRESS shaft driver series offers low-to-mid launch characteristics with fairly low spin, this shaft features DE design and analysis along with LAGS propriety “HD” Design, which allows for a wider-body and much smoother-feeling, higher 4.5 Torque shaft that launches mid-high with mid-spin characteristics. This shaft is similar weight to the EXPRESS; however while the EXPRESS offers charateristics that work best for golfers at the higher end of a swing-speed range, the EXPRESS HD works best for golfers at the lower-to-mid end of a swing-speed-range.

QUICKSILVER = The QUICKSILVER series is already here in A/R/S-flexes (no X-flex).  This MADE-IN-THE-USA shaft, Very, very nice shaft.  It runs 58-61/gram-weight with 4.0 torque.  MSRP will be $299.

HOUSE OF FORGED EXPRESS STD. SHAFT

EXPRESS – The EXPRESS shaft series is the newest version of our former Patriot, Jamie Sadlowski, and John Daly series shafts.  They utilize MATRIX’S  TTR (tip-torsion-resistance) technology to provide a strong, elliptically-bending shaft (with increased bend in the butt-section, and less bend in the tip section) that will provide a low-to-mid trajectory with super-low-spin for a boring ball-flight and plenty of roll-out.  This shaft is recommended for stronger golfers who have been playing 65-gram-weight or heavier shafts, and/or for golfers who are at the middle or at the higher-end of a swing-speed pattern.  These shafts are offered in A/R/S/X-flexes starting with the Senior at just 55-grams, the Regular at  59-grams, the Stiff at 61-grams, the X-flex at 63-grams.

CODE BLUE – This is our newest standard driver shaft.  It is a unique shaft, not otherwise offered by MATRIX, which was developed out of our long-drive program.  It features and elastic butt-section for quick launch, and then a very wide/very long/very stiff mid-section to promote a boring ball-flight with just enough elasticity in the tip-section for better golfers to “work” the ball.  Because of the light weight combined with the strength of the shaft it can offer higher swing speeds combined with a better ball-flight for all ranges of golfer’s abilities, and it is one of the very few light-weight shafts, which can handle being built-out with heavier heads and/or at longer than standard lengths.  This is a mid-to-high launch shaft; however, unlike most higher-launch shafts it offers a flat ball-flight.
